Terms & Conditions

Eisenhund Rottweilers — Puppy Reservation & Purchase

Last updated: May 2026. These terms apply to all puppy reservations and sales made by Eisenhund Rottweilers.

1. Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. The deposit is deducted from the final purchase price.

Full payment is due on the day of collection. No puppy will be released until payment has been received in full.

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, card payment, online payment via our website, and cash. Cash is our preferred method of payment.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. By placing a deposit you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

2. Health & Veterinary

All puppies leave us with a veterinary health check. We strongly advise buyers to arrange an independent health check with their own vet within 48–72 hours of collection.

Puppies will be vaccinated at 7–8 weeks of age. The cost of the second vaccination is included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for booking this appointment at their local Jollyes Community Vet practice, where the second jab will be administered.

A full vaccination and worming schedule will be provided at the time of collection. The buyer is responsible for continuing this schedule as directed.

The breeder's liability ends once the puppy has left our care, subject to any statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

3. Breeding Rights

All puppies are sold as pets by default with no breeding rights included.

Breeding rights are available upon request at an additional cost of +£1,000 above the standard purchase price, and must be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to sale.

Any buyer who breeds from a dog sold without breeding rights, without prior written consent from Eisenhund Rottweilers, will be considered in breach of these terms.

4. Return Policy

If a buyer is no longer able to care for their dog, they must contact Eisenhund Rottweilers in the first instance. We will always try to assist in finding a suitable new home before any other action is taken.

The breeder reserves the right, but not the obligation, to take the dog back. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Under no circumstances should the dog be sold, rehomed, or surrendered to a rescue centre without first contacting the breeder. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of these terms.

5. Puppy Guarantee

We offer a 3-month guarantee against hereditary conditions that are diagnosable and directly attributable to genetics.

To make a claim, the buyer must provide full veterinary records and a written diagnosis from a qualified vet. Claims cannot be considered without supporting documentation.

The guarantee is void if the condition is caused or contributed to by: overfeeding or inappropriate diet, injury, failure to vaccinate or worm as directed, neglect, or any other factor within the buyer's control.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy from Eisenhund Rottweilers, the buyer confirms that they have suitable living conditions and adequate space for a large breed dog.

The buyer agrees to provide appropriate levels of exercise, training, and socialisation throughout the dog's life.

The microchip must remain registered in the current owner's name at all times. It is the buyer's responsibility to update the microchip database upon change of ownership or address.
